We contacted Regan before moving to the Oklahoma City area in August 2013 to let her know we were relocating. She spoke to us several times before our arrival to determine where to begin our home search and upon arrival to OKC, she picked us up at our hotel and took us around to look at existing homes. She did this every day for a solid week. We moved into an apartment for temporary housing and continued to look for a home. We received daily emails from Regan with new listings and continued to look for a home until late September 2013. A house came on the market at 2:30 pm on a Friday, we called Regan and she showed us the house at 6 pm that same day. We saw it again the next day and made an offer. We closed the deal a week later. Regan has a can-do attitude, and you can be certain that she will be honest and tell you her opinion of what is good and bad about every house you look at. Her knowledge of the Edmond, OK area is impressive. She is an advocate for her client and has a friendly, but iron will when negotiating. She was prompt in returning my call, she was engaging in our conversation, and she actively listened to my comments.
